CBG Partners

CBG Partners are an accountancy firm who specialise in being independent business partners, to help their commercial customers set and achieve their business goals. They help with business planning and give high-level strategic advice, but their financial expertise means they also understand the minutiae of managing and delivering the plans – including how to make them profitable. They support companies with a huge range of projects, from implementing culture revamps to applying for grants! The company also has a rich history, dating back to the 1930s – the first female accountant in Mackay worked for the company, and they’re still producing over-achievers and trailblazers.

CBG decided they wanted someone to take a more strategic overview of their marketing, to drive their activities forward and keep them accountable.

We were brought in to produce and deliver a 12-month marketing strategy, focused on bringing in new business and increasing brand awareness. Several new opportunities have arisen since we’ve been working together, and we’re excited to keep getting results for the team in the future.
