Warning: our content is super addictive.

The small to medium business (SMB) space is more crowded than ever and although we’d like to say, ‘the more the merrier’, it can be hard to have your voice heard in a jam-packed space. You might think the solution is to yell louder – scream at the top of your lungs like you’ve lost your mum in the grocery store. Unfortunately, a lot of people will cover their ears and cringe. Pushing your business onto new people – rather aggressively – won’t capture their interest for long, and you’ll end up back at square one. So how can you actually connect with the right people and stop shouting into the abyss?

Create an authentic voice for your business. A voice that sounds and feels unique to a business makes all the difference when it comes to decision making. For example, if you’re deciding between two accountants and one uses formal language and analytics to back themselves but the other is casual and promotes flexible appointment hours, who are you choosing? Trick question – it depends on who you are and what your priorities are.

Tune in for our tips and tricks on creating a voice for your business and why we think it’s super-duper important.
