In the beginning, it was love at first sight – a management tool to save us time and brainpower? Wow. After the honeymoon phase, we had to sort through some issues. Things weren’t set up quite right and we felt a little overwhelmed. But we had to remind ourselves that it’s normal and everyone has their ups and downs. We continued to commit to the platform and put in a little extra legwork, ie put processes in place. Once things were ironed out, we had a very healthy relationship with Asana – and still do!
