Free Facebook policy template

For those of you who don't have an acceptable use of your business Facebook page yet, this free template is for you. No one may read it, but if you ever have to remove comments or boot someone off, you can cite this policy to the person in question to cover your butt.
On your page, head to Settings > Apps. Under Apps you may like, there will be Notes - click Add App. Head back to the main page and, from the left hand menu, click Notes.
Once you are in Notes, hit +Add Note and copy the below in - make sure you change all of the "Rebel Marketing" terms to your business name before you hit Publish.
Facebook Policy
This user policy is in addition to any user policy or terms and conditions imposed by the Facebook host.
As a user of the Rebel Marketing Facebook page, you may express your views, comments, ideas, insights, and criticisms about our content.
At the same time, we ask that you show courtesy and respect to others and not use our Facebook page to abuse others, expose others to offensive or inappropriate content, or for any unlawful purpose.
Please be aware that Rebel Marketing may change this policy at any time.
When interactive with Rebel Marketing on Facebook, please ensure that you:
protect your personal privacy and that of others by not including personal information of either yourself or of others in your posts (for example, names, email addresses, private addresses or phone numbers);
represent your own views and don’t impersonate or falsely represent any other person;
do not be abusive, harass or threaten others;
do not make defamatory or libellous comments;
do not use insulting, provocative or hateful language;
do not use obscene or offensive language;
do not post material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
do not post multiple versions of the same view or make excessive postings on a particular issue;
do not make unproven or unsupported accusations against individuals or organisations;
do not encourage conduct that may or would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation anywhere in the world;
do not incite hatred on the basis of any personal characteristic, including on the basis of race, gender, marital or domestic status, disability, sexuality or age;
do not identify matters that are currently the subject of legal proceedings or would break a court’s non-publication order; and
do not make comments that are irrelevant to the topic being discussed.
Rebel Marketing reserves the right to enforce this Policy at its discretion, which includes potentially removing any posts that we consider to be in breach of this Policy. Rebel Marketing may also block or delete you as a user if we consider that you have breached this policy.
Rebel Marketing accepts no responsibility, whether express or implied, for the accuracy, currency and completeness of any information posted on Facebook.
